Virtual Office Membership

The perfect membership for a remote business.

Café Membership
$75/mo
Access hours for Cafe members are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, seating in our common areas.

Day & Trial Passes
Day Pass
$15/day
Don't need a full membership? A Day Pass gives you access to the common areas of our facility on a weekday between 9am and 5pm, plus coffee, tea, filtered water, WiFi, and multiple seating areas so you can focus on your work. Please note that meeting room access is not included with a Day Pass, however you can rent them at an hourly rate. Please contact us 24 business hours prior to the date you'd like a Day Pass for so that we can get it set up for you.
Trial Week
$50
Want to try our space before you decide on a membership? Sign up for a Trial Week and we'll apply the amount toward your membership if you decide to sign up! You'll have access to use the common areas M-F 9-5.
Desk Day Pass
$20/day
Use one of our designated desks for the day during business hours (9-5). Must be arranged with the Community Manager at least 24 hrs in advance.
5 Day Desk Bundle
$80
Get one day free! Use one of our designated desks for 5 days during business hours (9-5). Must be arranged with the Community Manager at least 24 hrs in advance.
Office Day Pass
$60/day
Work in one of our available offices for the day during business hours (9-5). Dependent on vacancy, must be arranged at least 24 hrs in advance.
Event space and meeting rooms are available to rent by the hour for non-members.
Surge Tacoma
Small Conference room, red conference room, and yellow conference room 1/2 day price is $70 and full day price is $170, and by the hour $25
Surge South Tacoma
The large Conference room and the green conference room 1/2 day price is $210, a full day is $450, and by the hour $50
Night & Weekend Rentals:
Comes w/ Staff, minimum 2 hours booking $100 deposit for large rooms, $50 deposit for small rooms Commons members and above receive 50% off After-hours pricing may vary. Please contact the Community Manager for all inquiries.
